A publicação inclui 25 casos de 15 países, incluindo um apresentado pelo Governo da Andaluzia (Espanha). Segundo a publicação, nem todos os casos são igualmente fortes como exemplos de Saúde em Todas as Políticas, e nem todos respondem a todos os critérios estabelecidos, mas cada um deles tem aspectos importantes a serem considerados. Eles foram selecionados e apresentados pelos Ministérios da Saúde da Região das Américas. Por esta razão, os casos estão organizados em ordem alfabética por país, já que nenhuma hierarquia foi estabelecida no que diz respeito às suas qualificações na ordem em que são apresentados.
